1. All PU Self-Textured Surface
Used in schools and universities that need durable, safe, and consistent surfaces for daily training and competitions. The self-textured surface improves grip, lowers the risk of slipping, and provides stable shock absorption to protect athletes’ joints. It is environmentally friendly, odorless, and requires minimal maintenance.
2. All PU Spray Granular Surface
Designed for community sports facilities or outdoor recreational areas where weather resistance is important. The spray granular surface provides excellent durability, strong adhesion, and stable color under wet and dry conditions. Its shock absorption reduces muscle fatigue, making it comfortable for regular use.
3. Hybrid Self-Textured and Hybrid Spray Granular Surfaces
Used in professional training centers and high-performance venues. These tracks combine PU and rubber granules for greater elasticity and impact absorption. The hybrid surfaces lower knee and muscle strain during intensive training, maintain color and adhesion over time, and are safe for all athletes.
4. Water-Permeable Running Track

Running track thickness should be selected according to venue level, expected traffic, required sports performance, base condition and applicable certification requirements. A thicker system is not automatically better; the complete system structure and tested performance are more important.
10–13 mm: commonly suitable for water-permeable systems, school grounds, jogging paths and recreational facilities where drainage and cost efficiency are priorities.
12–15 mm: suitable for many hybrid systems used in schools, universities, training centers and municipal sports projects.
13–17 mm: suitable for full PU systems where higher durability, consistent elasticity and demanding athletic performance are required.
Competition projects: the installed thickness should follow the certified track system and project specification rather than being selected only from a general thickness range.

Base Inspection and Preparation
Check the concrete or asphalt base for flatness, strength, moisture, cracks and drainage. Repair defective areas and remove dust, oil and loose material.
Base Sealing and Primer
Apply the appropriate primer or sealing treatment to improve bonding between the substrate and running track system.
Elastic Base Layer Installation
Install the specified PU, rubber or hybrid elastic layer to the designed thickness and maintain consistent surface level.
Surface Layer Construction
