1. Before installation, the base surface (concrete or asphalt) must be cleaned, leveled, and free of debris. Any cracks or irregularities are repaired to ensure a smooth and stable foundation for the sports flooring.
2. For prefabricated running tracks and semi-prefabricated roll materials, the panels or rolls are laid out according to the project design. Precise measurement ensures correct alignment and consistent thickness across the surface.
3. Adhesive Application & Bonding
PU and Silicon PU Surfaces: Apply solvent-free adhesive evenly to the prepared base. Press prefabricated panels or poured PU layers onto the adhesive, ensuring full contact.
EPDM Surfaces: Apply a single-component adhesive with high solid content, then spread EPDM granules evenly. Granules are compacted to form a strong, uniform layer.
4. Surface Finishing & Texturing Depending on the product: Self-textured or spray-granular surfaces are applied to achieve the desired friction, elasticity, and visual appearance. Acrylic coatings or hybrid PU layers may be sprayed or rolled to ensure uniform coverage and color stability.
5. Allow the surface to cure under controlled conditions. Check for:

Proper adhesion and granule bonding
Consistent color and finish
6. After curing, sports lines and markings are painted according to design specifications. Final inspection ensures the track or court meets performance standards for safety, elasticity, and durability.
7. Provide clients with cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair instructions to ensure long-term performance.
